Before Order
Our sales representative will contact you to check the details like the box size, product size, box sealing construction, required capacity and others. So you need to prepare all of the information in details. After got that, we will check with the technical department to approve the project.
We will provide the quotation with machine specifications and layout drawings for your reference.
During the production
Our sales representative will update the machine production status to you, like the machine body is finished, machine is under operation, machine is okay for FAT. You need to send us some samples for machine trial operation. The box we will require about 500 – 1000 pcs, the products quantities will be as appropriate. When we got the samples, we will send the online video for your check.
After sales
We will dispatch the engineer to oversea service, for the machine installation and training. Once the machine is arrived at your side, you need to prepare the power supply, air compressor, and the enough boxes for machine installation.
In the warranty time, if there’s any parts in the machine is broken without man-made accident, we will send the new parts for your replacement at our cost.
After the warranty time, we will only charge you the materials cost for every parts.
Based on the COVID-19, the oversea service is stopped. And all of the service is started at the On-line. We can have the video conference with each parties, and help you to figure out the problems what you met.
